Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do when using the Desnova platform.
1. Purpose
We want Desnova to be a safe, lawful, and reliable service for everyone. This policy describes prohibited activities. By using the Service, you agree to follow this policy. We may update it as needed to protect the Service and its users.
2. Lawful and honest use
You must use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any material you create or publish with the help of the Service is accurate, not deceptive, and complies with all applicable laws and the rules of the advertising platforms you use.
3. Prohibited content and activities
You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or support:
- false, misleading, or deceptive advertising, or claims you cannot substantiate;
- content that infringes intellectual-property rights or misappropriates another party's brand;
- illegal products or services, or promotions that violate applicable law;
- content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that incites violence;
- sexually explicit material involving minors or any content that exploits or endangers children;
- malware, phishing, scams, or other fraudulent or harmful schemes;
- material that unlawfully discriminates against protected groups.
4. Respect for third-party platform rules
Advertising platforms have their own policies. You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated output and ensuring it meets the requirements of the platforms where you use it. Desnova does not guarantee that any material will be approved by a third-party platform.
5. Security and integrity
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, interfere with its normal operation, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, circumvent usage limits, or reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law or written agreement.
6. Fair and reasonable use
You may not use the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on our systems, automates abuse, or is designed to disrupt other customers' use of the Service.
7. Your responsibility for outputs
Outputs are AI-generated drafts and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any material before you rely on it or publish it. Desnova provides research and workflow support and does not guarantee results.
8. Reporting and enforcement
If you become aware of misuse, contact support@desnova.net. We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service, our users, or third parties, consistent with our Terms of Service.
